The service was good…our waiter Mark was attentive.. I just wish he would have spoke up and advised us of our drink and dessert choices….the steaks were cooked to perfection. The creme brulee probably the worst I’ve ever had… The broccoli was partially under steamed.. VERY crunchy (raw)..

it was a typical fancy steakhouse. We did have the opportunity to meet one of the bussers that’s 71 years old and runs marathons. The stuff is pretty personable and friendly. We had a coupon for 25 bucks off if you spend 50 so that was are incentive to go. Steak was cooked how we asked and we had steamed vegetables as a side. The wine list probably had 60 bottles of wine..

We moved to the Vegas area a few years ago, but had never been to this restaurant. We decided to try it for our anniversary, and are so happy we did! Excellent food, fantastic service, very classy atmosphere. We both had steak and I added scallops – everything was prepared to order and delicious. They even brought out a special dessert to celebrate our anniversary! What an excellent steakhouse to have in Henderson…we will be back for sure!

We’ve been in the area the last few days due to a family emergency. After the last few days, we decided we deserved a nice steak dinner (and and Old Fashioned or two…). I had read great reviews about Fuego, and since we’re staying at the Fiesta, it was an easy choice to cruise downstairs and have a steak and a cocktail.

Service was beyond amazing! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Our server Jordan was very attentive! Wait for food wasn’t long at all. Management checked on us during our meal which made us feel important. The crab cakes are to die for and the NY steak was delicious. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic meal and great dining experience. Will DEFINITELY be coming back!!

Great service and food. We totally enjoyed our meal, especially the croissant dinner rolls! My niece tried the crab stuffed shrimp arms didn’t like the stuffing but all the steaks were amazing! Great place. Quiet on a Tuesday night and a hidden gem inside Fuesta casino.

The food was great. Croissant roles were amazing. Jordan, was our server and he was on top of everything. The only issue was that setup of restaurant is such that some tables are close to where food is being cooked. You could hear some arguing and drama between servers and cooks. Otherwise everything is excellent!
