Food is bar and grill fare and always satisfying. Nothing outstanding but great prices. Wings, salads, and sandwiches are always good. Pretty good food variety but the tap beers not so much. Don’t come here for craft beers but bottled is cold and fairly priced. Upstairs is bar/grill atmosphere and downstairs is more pool room and bar but serves food there also. Service is hit or miss but the food is NEVER fast. Know what to expect and be patient and it is a good time.

Drove an hour from out of town for an event and needed a place to chill for a few. This lil spot diddnt dissapoint. Came on a friday Karaoke night with Amy and not only is she fantastic, the crowd is immensely friendly and welcoming. I think I may have to drive an hour next week just to meet these new long lost friends Ive found.

The food is great and the drink specials are perfect. The locals were just as friendly as the staff. Nice little patio out back too. If im ever in Pickens again i for sure will be going back for the garlic burger with some fried mushrooms.

To the people of Burning Brick Tavern: My daughter collapsed at the Trump Rally. She was carried to the sidewalk by some big secret service helpers and was laid down by the EMS just outside of your establishment. After she came to consciousness, the paramedic wheeled her into your establishment. We stayed with her in there by your pool table with the EMS. During this time, we witnessed your restaurant cater to the needs of the people falling ill to the heat. Literally, people sitting all over your restaurant from heat stroke and heat exhaustion from the over 100 degree heat index out there. You went beyond in service! You were giving us bags of ice for behind the neck, ICE water, and not even to just the really sick, but those of us who were with the sick. We weren’t feeling good either. And it kept coming and coming. You kept bringing more ice water and cold ice bags. And it ended up being a makeshift little hospital in there. The Secret Service was in there too, and they kept helping to serve us with you. You deserve some kind of medal for going into loving & caring for people and not caring about money or what you were losing out on. I want to thank you for caring for us!! We will take a drive over and actually eat there some time in the near future and to say a personal thank you!

Went last Friday for the first time. I will definitely be going back. I had a burger, my wife had chicken strips. Had a hard time choosing which burger to start with, but I went with the Burning Brick burger. I’ve heard the chili cheese burger is great and the mushroom and Swiss. Looking forward to trying them. As good as I loved the burger, I really loved the potato wedges. They are coated and crispy outside and so good. Several things on the menu that I want to try. I live in Easley, so it’s not that far. We got our food quickly and it was hot and delicious. The waitress we had was great and kept checking on us. I’m getting hungry just writing this review.

If you’re looking for the Best Burger you’ve had? You Have to try this place. My wife happened to be in Pickens and just felt like having a Good burger..not into the bar scene so we were a bit hesitant to try here, but so glad we did. Everyone just made us feel at home. Totally enjoyed the experience, but man the burgers and wedge fries here are truly the best we’ve had. We only live 30 minutes away, so we definitely will be back.

Waited almost an hour for two burgers and potato wedges, after about 15 mins of waiting a couple comes in after my fiance and I ordered our food. the other couple ordered 10 Oz. Ribeye steak dinners, and got their food within 15 minutes. When we finally got our food it was old and had been sitting out for some time. The waitress was rude, and instantly had an attitude upon arrival. We have been eating here for over a year now, and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. We will never show our faces in this establishment ever again. What a shame..

I almost want to copy and paste my review of the Carmel Vista Apts minus the church part but I bet there is a church within walking distance so I probably could habs ‘cept I dont want anyone to think Im a bot!! I Loved it at the BBT and will be back asap – side note I went there at noon for a burger and a diet Pepsi that tells you how good the food is !! Can’t wait to go back !
