The Wilder Side
We loved Zaxby’s since it came to the area. I have serious back issues and other autoimmune diseases. Yesterday we decided to dine in. We seated ourselves. I sat under an air vent and I’m freezing. We did move and everyone was happy yet I’m chilly.

Staff was friendly. This is a newer location so it was updated styling. The food portions of coleslaw and fries on some plates was smaller than other locations. Food was chain quality. The men’s restroom is single occupancy only, which could be a challenge during peak times.

Was extremely disappointed and will never come back to this location! My family and I love eating at Zaxby’s and was extremely excited until we arrive home with our food and opened our boxes of food. For the amount of money the meals cost, I’ve seen kid meals with more food. My four tenders looked a little bigger than a nugget, my son’s meal was plain tenders when we ordered bar b que, my daughter’s loaded fries had 1 piece of bacon and looked like 1 tender chopped with a small amount of fries. The only meal that looked decent was my husbands salad. Over $45 later only 1 out of 4 meals were half decent.

I’ve eaten here twice now. One was to go right after the first opened. Food was horrible. Received old food and had to go somewhere else for food. This time I gave it the benefit of the doubt and ate in. This did not make a difference in the food. There was only 2 people sitting together waiting on food which they got a few minutes after I order. No on was in the drive through when I walked in, yet I waited about 15min to get food that is barely warm. On top of that, they didn’t even call my name to tell me that my food was ready. Instead I had to stand up to look over the wall. Someone who order 10min after me food came up with mine and they called his name and placed his tray right next to mine. I said to the person at the counter “I assume this is mine” and he says yes and turns around. Mind you they have served several drive through orders and I got mediocre food. Never coming back here. Horrible food and service!

The place is clean but the food was not what I was expecting, the chicken was just seasoned with salt and pepper nothing more, the fries that supposed to be seasoned just tasted like salt, the pickles were over cooked salt, the toast it seemed to have margarine absolutely horrible it seemed like the Texas toast was lightly colored then thrown under a light bulb until you order, it wasn’t even warm, good luck getting ketchup and see if they are not counting napkins. Over all it was an over priced meal that will raise your blood pressure. I can not in good conscious recommend this place.

Zaxbys is always a good treat, fresh and hot every time. The fries are delicious, and the bread is soft and chewy, The coleslaw is creamy and tasty every time. Service is fast and friendly and always going out of their way to make you feel special.

To the owner, food is good but I probably won’t return because you charge for sauces. You’ll just drive your customers next door to Chick-fil-A and they give sauces away for free. Build that into your price not as attachment on the side. From a customer standpoint it looks unattractive
