So let me start by saying… We haven’t been going to KFC because every time we do we end up not having a good experience.. the last time we came to this location was about a couple months or so ago and when I say the service was AMAZING 100/100… they had the extra crispy chicken they triple checked our food the lady’s there were just a breath of fresh air… But today going in… We already knew the same people were not there.. the service itself everyone there acted as if they had no clue what was going on.. the restaurant honestly don’t know when the last time they cleaned.. floors were slick on top of sticky which don’t know how that’s possible.. you can tell it just hadn’t been cleaned.. and I get people might not come in as much now and days… But you just never know when someone will.. food was just not at its best… We honestly left out depressed…

This KFC should be closed down or need new management. The people that works there is very unprofessional and rachet! The ladies that was in the drive thru on yesterday just took the cake. She was cussing as I pulled up and practically threw my food to me. The drive thru is always filled with trash and disgusting. I think the food was spoil or I was food poisoned bc that’s all I’ve eaten and I feel terrible. Wont be eating there anymore.I will be contacting the health department.

We ordered online at 6 pm. Our order was supposed to be ready by 6:08. We got there at 6:20. They haven’t even started it. We had to wait another 30 mins for them to make everything. We didn’t get our order until 7:10pm. This is ridiculous. We usually don’t have a problem. But there was no excuse. Especially since we pulled up, people were on a smoke break for almost the entire time we were waiting. They can do better.

Dear Colonel Sanders, please shut down this location. Waited 35 minutes in a drive through, designed so I can’t drive away. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches which were dry as a bone, no pickles, dripping with sauce. Also ordered a burrito supreme, no sour cream and the lettuce taste spoiled. Will never return. Will just go to Raising Cane’s down the road, a much better experience.

I ordered a Nashville hot combo and a three taco combo without sour cream now I should have known when the two ladies in front of me was complaining about there food wasn’t right to walk out but we get our food (started to check the bag but I didn’t) got home I got regular tenders with hot sauce and ketchup packets they put sour cream on the tacos anyways my ole man took his order back which was the tacos I was ready to eat I didn’t bother it wasn’t even good I was hungry the girl fixing the food was looking crazy like she was doing something she ain’t had no business doing I should have known something then also the floor was so sticky just a bad experience I want be going back there
