For the past 2 weeks I have came 3 times. 2 times for breakfast and the food is completely dry, no cheese in the burrito.. then tonight my husband and I came and got dry food AGAIN.. plus my husband on his burger got food added to it that wasn’t even supposed to be on it.. and the people are rude.. VERY DISAPPOINTED.. no longer going back.

The Sonic Drive-In in Newbern, TN are always excellent about friendliness and getting my orders on time. I never have issues with getting the wrong order. I love that you can add the tip in the mobile app, which makes the whole process easier. Every time I order ahead and schedule a time they always have my food prepared and brought to me on time. I love this Sonic and the friendliness of the staff.

Don’t know where I might be without cranberry slushes. I stop by at least several times a week. And 9.6 times out of 10 I leave just as happy as I was when I arrived. It’s pretty rare when I feel as if I bothered some of the crew by stopping in at the wrong time, but it doesn’t hinder my stopping, so oh well – I simply adjust tip accordingly! 8)

Well, definitely may not want to order food items between 2 to 4?? Maybe cause it’s happy hours, but food could have many issues?? In the past, We’ve had unfresh chicken, hard as rock bread,:(, cold fries, orders just done wrong, and just ruder customer service (inside for sure) 🙁 My relative has worked at a sonic and they weren’t like this. , some sonics just definitely better than others:/
