We are new to the area, and we’re wanting a good pizza and wings. There was a few options, but not a lot of dine-in ones. We thought we’d give it a try and we were not disappointed. From the wings to the Mediterranean and pepperoni pizza, and finally do a salad- it was all delicious and full of flavor. I’m not sure if it was. The owner helped us out but the entire staff was really friendly. There was a lot of to go orders while we were there so don’t be scared if you don’t see a lot of people there. Definitely worth trying.

Buffalo Chicken & Alfredo Pizza both were served hot & fresh, and it was too delicious to wait for it to cool off! I Would definitely recommend. The cashier and cooks/servers were nice as well. They changed the tv to a football game upon my request.

I rated this store at 1 star only because the pizza was good. However, if you order a pizza through their web page and submit your payment, when the pizza is either delivered or you go to pick it up, you will find the store has charged you more than you thought! You have a choice to make, either pay the extra charge or do not get the pizza. Also, the shift manager was not able to tell me why the price was different, only that it was a “corporate” problem!

We always get a coupon every month for Palio’s for their XL pizza. The coupon always gives us an excuse to order high quality pizza. They have the pizza ready within 10-15 minutes and it always tastes delicious! We are a returning customer and love the coupons!

This was me and my husband’s first experience here. The decor was very nice and modern. The environment and restroom was clean. I would’ve given them a 4 star because we quite enjoyed the pizza, however, the service was just ok. When we walked in the door we were not greeted right away because the cashier was on the phone which we understood and it gave us some time to look at the menu. When it was our turn she answered the phone again to take an order and then after she started to take ours and another person interrupted her for her to accommodate them to come back and finish with us. We went to get drinks and the drink he wanted was out and he told the staff and they said okay we will change it out but after almost 20 mins he had to ask again to find out that they were out completely. When we ordered we also ordered a cheesecake and wanted it after our meal and they said not a problem so after we ate we asked for the dessert, well after 20 mins of waiting I asked the staff and she said okay I’m getting it, then another 10 mins after she came and said “well it’s actually frozen and I stuck it in the oven to melt it for a few seconds but it’s still frozen…do you want to take it to go?” At this point I was frustrated at their lack of communication and not being attentive.
