So, this was probably the best pizza I’d ever gotten from here. And it’s not like I try all their different kinds either. I literally get the exact same pizza everytime I eat here (Lg Hawaiian BBQ Chicken; original crust, EXTRA bbq sauce, grilled chicken, bacon, onions and EXTRA pineapple; cooked well done) so I know when it’s an exceptional Papa John’s. I ate all but 2 slices in one sitting and ate the rest cold for breakfast. Even cold if was amazing. Al the toppings were super fresh and flavorful. Messed up on a bread stick order.. then got a pizza that wasn’t cooked at all in the middle.. then I have to spend 10 mins on phone for a refund.. you can see cheese is still in little pieces not melted. Doughy crust.

Used to be good. Recent experience was very disappointing. Paid more for extra toppings only to see that the someone haphazardly sprinkled very little on the pizza. Also, didn’t follow the instructions for the two sides. Just randomly tossed the items. Better to order only one topping I guess.

Avoid this place! Employees are behind and busy but talking and enjoying themselves. I watched 4 people in front of me ask for their order be told it was not finished only to find out most of the peoples orders were ready and they waited longer for nothing . One person at most seemed like they know how to do their job and one of the drivers.

They are absolutely one of the worst Papa Johns establishments. First they charge my cards and then they say their system is faulty and I can’t get my order nor my money back. And I’m left without money or food. Second, I’m left to wait on hold by Halley for 15 minutes, forcing me to call again and get the news mentioned above. I make this review after passing off varies orders I’ve made where the pizzas are delivered with less than half topping when I ordered for extra, cheese sticks with almost no cheese. It sounds incredible and ridiculous but I’ve given them many opportunities to recover. This was the last straw. Will not be ordering from here again. For the manager: I know finding employees has been hard, it’s been everywhere, but jeez did you have to pick least competent? 5 G’s, Good God Get a Grip Gurl. May your sense of worth RIP.

If they can ever get the sauces right, I’ll change my review. Pizza and cheesesticks come with one garlic, one marinara. Ordered an extra garlic and an extra marinara. Guess what I got? 4 garlic. Gee thanks. At least they actually remembered some kind of sauce this time. You never really know what you’re gonna get here. Undercooked, skimpy toppings, no sauce, wrong sauce. Don’t order the Tuscan cheese sticks, you’ll just end up paying more for regular sticks. No kind of quality control. At least they’re open late, I guess. Enjoy playing the pizza lottery on your own dime!
