The coffee and service are good. But whoever owns or manages this location clearly supports pyramid schemes. An incredibly tacky and gross glass fishbowl has been permanently installed at the drink pickup station. There’s a pen that’s probably never been cleaned once, attached to the fishbowl with a dirty, old ribbon. Also attached to the balloon ribbon is a stack of sketchy homemade cards asking for your personal info and in exchange you will be to entered into a “drawing for a free makeover”; but really they are just looking for vulnerable people to take advantage of to join their scam. It’s honestly off putting and I’m happy getting my coffee from Scoots or The Back Room these days.

My husband ordered two Teddy bears one without cool whip he saw one and then he was like I ordered two one without cool whip where is it the girl was very rude and asked him if he paid for it which made my husband mad u. Yeah as one drink doesn’t cost 16.00 she then got rude so more and then made the second one wow never going there again Starbucks here we come
