Oh my yumminess!! The sliced brisket and beans were scrumptious!! The smoked wings were flavored well; just not my personal fave cause I like crispy; which I know you don’t get by smoking! Was just visiting the area but would definitely go back!

I enjoyed my lunch today with my family. Shane our server was excellent and his customer service was exceptional! I really appreciate that he was very attentive and always checking in on us to make sure we had everything needed! The Food tasted delicious and fulfilling! First time I have had sonny’s in awhile. My server Sher was amazing. She was super friendly, sweet as can be and made sure I had all I needed. My food came out quickly and jot. I had the all you can eat sliced pork and sher never let my plate run dry. I will be back again and make sure I get Sher.

I’ve been going to the Sanford, FL location for years. There was a time that the food quality slipped years ago, but has been consistently great for some time now under the current management. The ribs are amazing, and the brisket pushes 4 Rivers for quality. The servers are all friendly, but my favorite is Jamie. She always takes care of me and my Dad when we meet for lunch. I recently had a mishap and am unable to use my left arm. Jamie made sure that we got a comfortable booth, that my sandwich was cut in half (the sliced pork and turkey are great too!) and she checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. That level of service is a rarity these days, and will keep me, my Dad and my family coming back. It also means we recommend Sonny’s to others!

6/26 a large of group us met at Sonny’s Sanford to honor a friend. At least 20 of us. Acacia was our server. I cannot speak for anyone else’s food, but mine was good, I always love Sonny’s food. Seldom am I disappointed. Acacia’s service was excellent!! Our drinks were kept full, our group was happy… she did an amazing job. I hope the management recognizes a great employee when they have one.

I have been coming to Sonny’s for a very long time because it’s one of my favorite places to get barbecue. Jamie is my favorite server and she always has a happy disposition, she always make sure to check on you and always wants to know that you’re having a great experience. She is awesome!
