I stopped into Portillo’s and definitely notice a difference from before. The prices have definitely gone noticeably higher and the quality seemed to change. I was in on a not busy day and the food took a while to come out, not fast. I’ll probably return but it’s going to have to be a while.

Portillo’s is so awesome! The decor in this restaurant is so nostalgic. It was very clean and we had very friendly staff. My son got the number to Hot dog combo what a great deal. They’re fries are great. My husband said their chicken tenders were very tasty and the honey mustard sauce was a little bit sweet and spicy. Everything was prepared correctly and served nice and hot.

Food is always good. Service at the drive thru absolutely horrible. Ordered food with attendant, received it shortly thereafter. But there was still 10-15 cars in front of me and no way to get out. Waited for 20 minutes to get through the line. People in the back of the line received food before the people in front and were stuck waiting. It was ridiculous.
