Ordered to go. I got the chicken and French toast. It was amazing! The service could be better…. Other than that I loved what I got. I was in the mood for some comfort food so I definitely went to the right place. they give you a lot of chicken and it’s really good and well seasoned. The French toast tastes of vanilla and cinnamon it’s super fluffy and fantastic. if I’m in the area again I’ll be back. I went out of the way this time and probably won’t again just because the girl up front was kinda rude, didn’t greet me and proceeded to explain how they can’t see the first name of the person ordering. It was my first time so I had no idea. Food makes up for the service though I guess

Customer service was good! However, I ordered the catfish dinner with mac & cheese and yams. The food was not great matter a of fact I end up throwing everything up. The macaroni & cheese smelled sweet with no taste the yams tasted a little old and the catfish was cooked with old grease!! Just making a review from my own experience 2/10

Nicole’s restaurant has some tasty & hot southern inspired food. My friend suggested I go there for lunch. I enjoyed the turkey with macaroni cornbread and baked beans. The fries are also good and seasoned well. My friend enjoyed her 2pc dark chicken meal with macaroni as well. Service was pretty sweet, seems like a well ran place of business

I really like Nicole as a person. Unfortunately, the customer service at this restaurant REALLY SUCKS! I ordered breakfast to go an a cashier with a black hat on her head threw my food at me because I asked what kind of jelly did they give me. I asked for the red packaged jelly and she just walked away to the back. She has a very nasty disposition and very rude. As I was walking out of the restaurant others commented to me on the horrible customer service. I hope you teach your cashiers on how you would like them to represent your business.

Waited 30-40 for my Togo order . Came in to pick it up and I was told they gave my order away to another person… so I had to wait another 15-20 minutes for my food . This place seems like they need a revamp or something . Or new employees.
