As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The service was great, but the burger was just average. The French Fries were some of the best fast food fries I have ever had. The problem was that the burger was pretty bland. I wanted to score it higher, but there was just not enough beefy burger taste. I will eat there again, no problem, for a quick meal. I just hope the quality of the patty is better. It may have even been a lack of proper seasoning.

What TF happened here?! Their Ale 8 is what I always tell people is the best! Their automated drive through absolutely messed my order up. I asked for a small fries and Large Ale8 with light ice. The drink was a small, the ice was more than my dream Ale8 and it was completely flat and watered down. This was always my first stop and order anytime I come to town…. Not anymore. It’s TRASH!!!!

Stopped at Rally’s and they have switched to an automated ordering system. It takes forever to get your food, and it’s usually not correct. There was ONE pickup truck ahead of us, and it took us 45 minutes to get two drinks! And both were incorrectly filled. Verbal orders are best! Face to face, we got the problem sorted out and ended up with four drinks instead of two.

Spent 50 dollars here and couldn’t even get hot fries or the right sizes on them. Employee just wanted to argue then still had to sit in line for 15 mins bc I was stuck in line and couldn’t even get the right sizes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I love Rallys. My favorite place to eat. I stopped at the rallys in winchester, KY. I ordered all American cheeseburger medium fry and medium drink. I always pick my food apart when I order out. Due to I’m a picky eater and would rather take off what I eat than to wait extra time for a special order. This day I was picking my food apart and I found what looked like a public hair on my cheeseburger. I know when you go to these places to not be rude because you may find things like this happening. I was not rude it was a normal day and a normal experience in the drive thru. I have never been rude to them so this was not that situation. This is absolutely not acceptable. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here. I’ve waited 30 min in the line with 4 cars in front of me because the restaurant worries more about door dash orders than the people already in their drive thru
