This is just a little hole-in-the-wall establishment. The food is always great (the Don Gabino’s burrito is my favorite), the place is clean and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly.

The pictures kind of speak for themselves. This place was delicious and affordable. Which says something because Bend has become a bigger Sunriver (for non Oregonians that means expensive) thank you Californians.

We always love to come to Gambino’s! We love the carnitas tacos! Extra crispy carnitas is the way to go! We’ve tried every place in town and much further. We are taco connoisseurs! They have a variety of hot sauces made in house. The owner is friendly and present regularly. She expedites the orders as this place rocks out the food all day long. See you again this weekend.

WORSE FOOD IVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!!!!!! Would not recommend to anyone. The food is so bland and plain a piece of paper would taste better!!!! All food went in the trash!!!! Sour cream is a disgrace shouldn’t even be called sour cream more like diluted water!!!! Guacamole and salsas were the worse I’ve ever tasted!!!!!!!!! This is NOT authentic Mexican food this is cheap trying to save money and cut counters to save a buck kinda food and you can tell never been so grossed out from Mexican cuisine if you can even call this “Mexican” First time ever coming here and won’t ever be back !!!!!! Won’t be surprised if I have food poisoning from the few bites I took…….

The first time I ate here a few years ago, I called the restaurant afterward to tell them it was the best burrito and salsa I’d had in Bend.

Came here on a late Sunday night while visiting Bend. Great service, *delicious* and top quality food flavored perfectly. And it came fast. Vast selection of tasty salsas. I wish I could take this place back to my hometown. =)

Favorite Mexican food in Bend! Best bang for the buck… I highly recommend the fish tacos with de-nana hot sauce (it’s like a Mexican chili oil/paste) also the carnitas is great. The large loaded carnitas fries is a must have gut bomb before a night on the town or not lol… Mix it up with a chimichanga or a burrito served wet! The cabeza is good if you like that really beefy flavor. My opinion I didn’t love the Carne asada or the Adobada as much but that’s also not what I go there for… overall it is bang for your but great inexpensive Mexican food… the staff is friendly and last but not least the sauces are where it’s at! The chillanga and Negra are excellent green sauces and my personal favorite being a chili head is the diabla sauce a brightly flavored chili de arbol based sauce with nice heat

While the salsa bar had some hot salsas, the mini tacos were much smaller than any other street taco I’ve had – same tortilla but half the filling – especially given the price (and expectation of tip). It’s also a bummer to get so much styrofoam for a dine-in order: unappetizing and wasteful.
