Tonight I had the worst server I have ever experienced I’m my 40 years of life. Teresa was a completely rude person the moment we sat down she started complaining. Then she never introduced herself as our server. She continued to avoid our table of 4 with two small children for the next 45 minutes. We literally walked up and had to get our own refills. Her face said she hated working there and resentment was the feeling by all in her station. I will not be going back here if that’s how much of an inconvenience we are to this establishment. Hire people with people skills they don’t even have to act like they love their job. Just don’t hire people who actively show how much they hate their job and everyone in it…

I went on a weekday and not knowing if a reservation was needed and it was busy, but there were tables available. The juice machine was broken but one of the staff, all very friendly, got a lemonade for our child. The entire buffet looked fresh and tasted great. The decoration of the place is simple and the tables could be a little bigger, it would give more comfort. Either way, it’s worth what you pay.

I love going to Golden Corral in Winter Haven! Food is super good and fresh! The desserts are delicious too! Also Golden Corral gives my husband and me a free meal in the month of our birthday in Feb. and July!! Also they celebrate Veteran’s Day and we also enjoy that night because my husband is a Veteran! That is 3 visits in the year, without counting the additional nights we go just because we love Golden Corral’s food!!

Food is great! And fresh. I recommend the mash potatoes with gravy. The fried chicken is great! They have an Ice cream bar. They also have an Icee Machine. The pot roast in my opinion is the best! I like that the manager is always watching and paying attention to every detail.

All you can eat buffet at Golden Corral Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL. Only a couple of minutes from Lego Land & Pepa the Pig Parks. We ate, rice, beans, cheese burguer, fried chicken, BBQ Chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, ice cream, bread and more. Delicious . The place was super clean, employees are very friendly, and I met the Manager, and he is very proper, professional, and answer all my questions. The prices are great, we ate all the for a little more than $20 dollars. The serve fruits, desserts, plenty of vegetables, pork, turkey, tacos, pizza, cakes, soft drinks, sweet iced tea, unsweetened iced tea. Good parking with parking for handicap, men, women and family restrooms. We went there Saturday August 20, 2022. I had a wonderful time at Golden Corral. I recommend this place 100%

Well this counted as 2 trips to Corral this season, the first and last. Walking in started my experience off wrong. The person at the register was unpleasant at best. After paying the staff member said “sit wherever want” and walked away. We found a cleaned table and proceeded to get our food, excellent selection at both the salad bar and the buffet. The only issue at this part of the experience was finding a clean plate. The fourth one I picked up was good to go. I have to admit the food selections I made tasted great! The main food section deserves a 4 star for a buffet. The disappointment in the food came from the dessert bar. Starting with the staff member behind the counter. An older women, she was very possessive with her crusted carrot cake, or better described as stale. I tried the chocolate and it was the same. I decided to try some ice cream which came as a disappointment. The vanilla and chocolate had the exact same taste. Overall the dessert bar gets a two star. But the half star would have to go to cleanliness. The dining room looked like there were five separate kids parties recently concluded. The floors and tables appeared like something out of a fairground at closing. The other half of the half star goes to the staff who made us feel like we were lucky they were there. Talking and texting on cell phones. Hollering across the room to each other, dirty uniforms and basically very unpleasant. I refuse to comment any more than YUCK! when I think about how the bathrooms were.

The Steak Grill area needs a person who tell the difference between, rare, medium, and over well done. The salad bar needs to be more tidy. It’s been messy all the times I been there.
