Horrible and immature customer service. Will never dine at MOD pizza ever again. Gave my pizza away by mistake to someone else. I advise corporate to clean the act and cleanliness of this establishments employees with long uncovered beards, not washing hands between touching registers to making pizza. Awful pizza tasting. Again I will never patron here myself, with friends or family ever again at any establishment. Beware of this snarky kid here. Major attitude and brain of a gold fish.

The pizzas here are great. Perfectly cooked and soft. I had a pizza with chilli red sauce as a base which I tried for the first time and would definitely recommend. Their cheesy garlic bread is so perfect, not too heavily sauced. One thing which I wouldn’t recommend is having fig glaze which tastes like a root beer sauce, hot honey is relatively better.

We have had an amazing pizza recently at this place. They customize the pizza for you as per your choice. Mine was super tasty and was served with different sauces at the side. I liked pesto the most amongst red and balsamic fig glaze. The last one is a bit sweet. Overall pizza was scrumptious.

We love Mod Pizza, however this location on the day we went was below par. It seemed that the staff there that day did not know what they were doing and did a very sloppy job. My husbands mini was dropped but they remade his. The girl that put mine together missed ingredients on a quarter of the pizza and the one I ordered to go was very sloppily made , ingredients put on in the wrong order and a portion of the pizza wasn’t quite done when pulled out so was smashed on one side. Just didn’t enjoy. We will go to another location next time

I want to give this particular store of MOD pizza 0 rating. The staff is rude and have no clue on how to make a pizza. They created a mountain of toppings on the pizza. This was a lazy Monday afternoon. No rush to attend anyone after me. Also, they are insensitive on dietary preferences of a vegetarian customer. Use the same pair of gloves and cutter for a meat based pizza on a vegetable based pizza.

Are you paying attention? I asked for half green pepper and half mushrooms. The guy put both ingredients in the pizza and when I said again “I want half and half” he push the ingredients to one side. I didn’t tip and I heard a “jerk” coming out from the guy in the back. I usually believe in leaving a good tip, but not when you mess my order.

Extremely poor service at this location. Treatment felt fairly racist. Sauces were thrown on haphazard, not all toppings were given or evenly distributed. Associate Jack was quite rude about the whole experience. Very scarring experience this time.

Worst place to order your meal. Lady with tattoos who was there to deliver pickup orders intentionally lied and said pizza is in oven. I have to wait for another 15 minutes after pickup time. People after me took their orders before me.She was standing there and making faces and staring. Once she went inside the other guy said your order was ready long before why didn’t she give it you. I said I don’t know. I could feel pizza was completely cold because it was lying there from long time. After having such worst experience at counter when I tried to have pizza there was no cheese on it. Can you imagine any pizza without cheese? Than I checked my order and can see I checked cheese but saw pizza without cheese. I would rate them worst as have issues with quality of service and quality of pizza too. Lately I was thinking was it a coincidence or a somekind of act? I don’t know but nothing was normal for me.
