How difficult is it to mess up a value meal #1, no pickle, and a Diet Coke. When I got my receipt, they added a cheeseburger with no pickle to my bill and charged me for it. I told the girl at the pickup window I didn’t order a cheeseburger but I would take it anyway. I was asked to pull up to the waiting parking. The young lady tried to deliver my food to another car and then walked up to my vehicle and said I assume this is yours. Hmmm. Ok. Opened my bag and there was my Big Mac, WITH pickles and NO cheeseburger that I paid for. Burnt fries and no napkins. Never again

I ordered at 12:03, yes lunch time!!! No burgers, pull forward and wait. An employee now brings me 2 caramel frappe’s. I said sorry, one of those is supposed to be mocha. He leaves and returns with the caramel, says we are out of mocha, The manager substituted. REALLY!!! Did the manager pay too?! Burger isn’t cooked and covered in grease!!!!!! Good for them I can’t give a negative score!!!! Pitiful!!!
