The pizza was fine, but the delivery driver didn’t have the drink I ordered and said I still had to pay him for it and call the store to get my money back, even though I’m paying cash. I called right after he left and nobody answered the phone. So the driver got a tip based upon a product I didn’t receive and Pizza Hut got paid for a product they didn’t sell me, and apparently there’s nothing that can be done about it. So someone can contact me about getting my money back or this will be my last visit. I’m betting I don’t get refunded though.

The lady working here was so rude and unprofessional it was sickening. I will NEVER spend my money here again and we eat here multiple times a week. She was in the back talking about how bad her job is and hates it. She didn’t have a name tag on so I don’t know her name. Poor service!!

When I placed my order online it was fairly easy. I did the drive thru option because I was on my lunch break. I pulled up to the drive thru the place looked abandoned. I thought I was at the wrong Pizza Hut for a minute. When someone finally came to speak with me she looked confused and asked me what my order was as if I never placed an order. As if it wasn’t there on the computer. It took about 15 minutes because she informed me that they’re putting it in the oven. After that I asked for pepper and parmesan cheese she said it’ll cost…wow!! Here’s what my pizza looks like after all of that. It literally looks like someone played in it. I was so disgusted I wanted a refund no one answered the call. I called about 10 times. I’ll never come back to this place again. And I would still like my refund

Had to order online to get discounts. Online was difficult to navigate, so had to call instore to have them explain it. Drove to two different stores to get the discounts. Wasn’t really worth it .

Don’t waste your time or money. They forget some of your order and makes you wait in the drive thru for sauce. The manager on duty is not helping her staff make food and it’s really pathetic. Just close back down again. Not worth the hassle.

Different Pizza Huts can vary drastically in the quality of their pizzas. This location excels at making pies that truly look like what is advertised. They are quick and polite.
