Unbelievable, our pizza order (almost $60 after delivery & tip) was over 30 minutes late. When I called the store, the person said, we’re short handed and there were 2 orders for that time, but yours will go out next when the driver gets back”. Really? No, hey I’m sorry what can we do to make it right? No. To make matters worse…their “tell us how we did” on their website won’t allow me to tell them how they did.

Extremely disappointed in my last few orders! This time I ordered as a pickup curbside. No one came to bring out our order and had to go in. And when we got back home. We found this burnt chicken taco pizza and suspiciously cold chicken wings… the only reason we decided on dining out tonight was because of the commercial where you stated you are better than your competitors. I am sorry, but two phone calls, and no help.i understand you didn’t include $2.98 of garlic sauces, I could probably live with that, but my son dives in, and the two pizza’s I ordered aren’t cut for, well, I don’t want to cuss. The team working was working speedy and trying their best. It wasn’t a 2 minute wait but they were trying their best and it was interesting to see how organized everything was on the team and the dough being twirled in the air and watching it get flattened so fast. Called in order.cost 67.00 none of the order was right .the pizza only had half of the toppings.ask for extra toppings and on half was even any .the cinnamon twist didn’t even have cinnamon on it .order ba.BQ wings got chicken nuggets with little bq cause on it . Call them and what happens they didn’t make it right and then call again and they hung up on me .
