Update: recently visited for take out. Food was brought out in about 15-20 min. Still a clean establishment. Nice friendly employees. We tried the garlic & butter wings. Brisket Pho & Chicken fried rice. Enjoyed mostly everything. The wings had a bit of a sweet taste, I wasn’t expecting that.

Ordered food online, said it would be ready by 8:20, I arrived at 8:25 and figured maybe it’s still not ready so I waited another 5 min before asking the waitress how long it would be. Turns out they never received the order but somehow they knew what I ordered. So now I had to wait for them to make the food, no big deal mistakes happen. Waitress says they’ll get on it and should be done in 10 min. 30 min go by and still haven’t received my food. I suggest anyone placing an online order call right after to make sure order went through.

There are a few options when it comes to selecting a vietnamese restaurant. If this place is nearest to you and withing budget by all means dine here. The food, service, and atmosphere however are very average. Having tried several different Vietnamese restaurants, this location ranks lower on the list. It is convenient, maybe a tad less pricy but I’d rather pay a bit more or drive a but further for better quality food and better service.

First time here! Very good! Service was great, food delicious, and music was not a problem for us like other reviews have mentioned! Very clean! We ordered Teriyaki combinations and shrimp and basil egg rolls. Definitely worth a visit!

Came here since my usual pho spot is closed on Tuesday’s & I was really craving pho. I got there five minutes after they opened there was only one party that was seated. I sat with my toddler, the waitress came dropped off the menu. Minutes (5-10) passed and another party came & were seated they immediately took their order. More minutes passed by & they finally take my order. After they take my order another party comes in they get their order taken etc. well everyone that got there after me got their food before me I waited 30 minutes for a bowl of pho. I just felt like they didn’t care they were attentive to other customers but not me. I will never go back, the pho was mediocre as well.

I really like the pho here the brisket is my favorite. The shrimp rolls are awesome. I like the tea here. I started going to the Goodyear location. I like both locations. The staff is super friendly and always nice. It’s clean and no waiting. I recommend stopping here to everyone.

Me and my partner dine in regularly I love the chicken pho and spring egg rolls, along with the mango smoothie. Always delicious! The female servers always do a great job. Big shoutout to the manager who always wears a cap, he always brings out the best service overall.

Disappointed first experience. Soup base was ok, but chicken was way overcooked! Just boiled chicken cut up. Nothing in the soup I would pay money for, I could make that at home myself. Pork bon me had some flavor, and crunchy veggies, but it had a really weird soft and rubbery texture to the pork. Sales girl was polite but rude at the same time, she didn’t look happy that I didn’t give a tip on my small takeout order. I won’t be combing back.

Concerned Future
I have been eating Bun for 30 years and the Bun here is on the bottom for quality. It was flavourless. The vermicelli was way over cooked and slimy, which is probably why the flavour was so poor. Even the fish sauce had no flavour. At least I know not to go to a PT Pho Express again. As much as restaurant meals cost these days I feel I justed wasted good money. I wonder if the restaurants read these reviews.
