The food was absolutely terrible. It was soggy and overly fried. It seemed as if the food was refried. We ordered whoppers, chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and fries. The beef inside the whoppers was dry and tasteless. The chicken was soggy and had no flavor or crunch. The fries were filled with oil as well as the chicken. This specific burger king location was specially terrible. We’ve had Burger King from other locations and it was perfectly fine but this was revolting.

It’s a nice looking burger king, everything seems well as far as being clean and very presentable, but that’s where it ends. When it comes to the food, is pretty horrible, pretty regularly. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger two days in a row and both times there was no bacon. The first time I said something and I did get a new one with what I ordered but it seemed like it was made hours ago. The second time I didn’t even bother.

This place had garbage overflowing, it wasn’t busy and took over 15 minutes to get our food! My husband’s order was wrong and then when they remade it, it was still wrong! Onion rings were soggy so asked for new. Waited. Waited. Asked if they were done, they still hadn’t been put down! Walked out. Crappiest burger King ever. Employees were like zombies.

It was really busy when we got here, but we showed up right at lunch time, so we expected it. Ordered ahead on the mobile app and our order was ready for us very quickly once we got through the line. Food tasted great, hot and fresh! & The staff was very friendly! The only bad thing about the stores they don’t have an in-store pickup option, so it’s worth noting before you go. It certainly was not fine dining, but for what it is it was very good!

This is the 3rd year in a row I have come to the area staying at the local hotel and tried to walk over to BK for breakfast and they close their dining room. Why don’t you offer dinning room service to your customers?
