Ordered as the receipt shows in the first picture – drive 15 minutes home only to open the hook & ladder with lettuce and some kind of sauce when it was supposed to have only tomatoes and the Cajun with tomatoes when it was supposed to have lettuce and sauce only. Super disappointed and not even worth the time to drive back there for them to correct it because they were so busy. The cashier also couldn’t even pay attention to us when ordering. I’d like to think I would’ve enjoyed my sandwich if it came as I ordered it which is why I gave an extra star.

The way the females that work the evening shift handle customer service is not right at all and for them to push someone else’s food on to some one and not even check confirmation numbers like wow I’ve ate at plenty firehouses and I will not be going back to this one ever bye the way we was treated there today an when we asked for the number to corporate they would not give it nor would they give there names and if that girl was really the night manager she shouldn’t be just saying so I googled corporate and got to file my complaint anyway . My complaints are another customer dug threw my bag and toughed all my food in the bag and she was told it was her bag witch clearly it had my name on the bag .. not hers and that’s okay to be done there ..
