I must say I was excited to come here today for lunch. I ordered a customized veggie sub. No where did I mention I wanted mushrooms on it. My order was taken correctly but when I took the matter to Heather she stated she makes it the way it comes. Huh? What’s the ticket for then? I doubled checked my receipt before I brought it to her attention. She said she would remake it. I declined.

The prices of the their products are extraordinary expensive because you pay $7.31 for the third of a bun , that would make it about $16 for a full bun . It’s way above Subway for te same kind of meal .. this place is too expensive

The subs are consistently good at Firehouse. The deli meats are fresh and tasty, and the sub rolls are fresh-baked. My favorite is the Club-on-a-Sub, although the Hook-and-Ladder is a close second. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs.

There are no words to describe this sandwich! I have had my eye on this place for almost a year and I REGRET not trying them any sooner!! My goodness from the polite gentleman on the phone to the first bite, ALL AROUND 100 STARS IF I COULD! I would not mind driving 30-45min. for this again! I am so full and have not even gotten half way with my sandwich! Once the nice gentleman said I could add mushrooms, oh gosh it was likeT the heavens sung!! Thank you SOOOO much for feeding this staring lady at work!!

Firehouse has always had amazing food and this store is no different. They do a fantastic job with my sandwiches every time and they are always so delicious. They werent messy or overcooked. The food was fresh and tasty. The hot subs are def a great food at any time of day. The staff is also very helpful in deciding what I wanted. When I have eaten inside, the store has always been clean and nice to eat in. It is def a good place to eat.

Was really nice when it first opened but starting to look a bit dingy. $60 for a family of 4 is pretty pricey. I don’t recommend the New Yorker Steamer unless you like small and not steamy. My kids say the pickles are like soggy cucumbers.
