I go here because it’s in the area but they are out of control… I ordered breakfast sandwiches and a coffee and have to pay for condiments!! And for Ice water !!I asked for my bread to be toasted and it look like it came right out the pack…The manager was very sweet…However I would just take the drive to Starbucks before I pay for some complimentary stuff and the food not right on top of that…. just close down atp

The staff was just wonderful. I went inside, and the girl and the boy that helped me were phenomenal. She helped me pick out a steak wrap with avocado and bacon, and it was worth every penny. Also, the bagels were very good. The boy also help to pick out a drink and the Oreo frappe is so good. I’m definitely gonna go back because of how awesome they were. I wish I would’ve grabbed their names, but I hope they’re there next time.

I go here because its On my way to work and it’s the only one open early enough for me to go to before work but the donuts are terrible. Either they are hard or cold. I think if you are going to serve people there food should be right. The coffee some time is just warm likes it’s been sitting for a while. I also had a breakfast sandwich once and the biscuit was hard like they used food from the night before. If you’re not going to do it right close until you have everything readily available on the menu and fresh it’s a pure disgrace. The owner is very nice though.

Me and 1 other customer walked into the store at the same time. There were 3 employees working off to the side of the counter making food and a beverage. We stood there several minutes and no one acknowledged us. The other customer even said, “Is anyone working the counter?” Still no response or acknowledgment. I immediately turned around and walked out. I chose to patronize that store. I can spend my money anywhere. And I chose to leave when it became apparent that the employees had no consideration for walk-in customers, waiting for service. At the very least one of the employees could have said, “someone will be with you in a minute.” I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero stars.

I order through the app, get to the location and my food is not ready mind you it has been 20 minutes. Then the “manager” manplans why they don’t fill the online orders until you come into the store. Because some people order online and then don’t pick up the items, however, they are still paid through the app “right”. So have my food ready what is the point of placing the order ahead of time if I still have to sit there and wait. I love my city DETROIT but the services here are dismal. Always go to the places outside of the city at least 2 miles and the people are more friendly. Live in the D my whole life and the customer service just get worse by the hour.
