I had quit going to this establishment due to horrible food and lazy rude workers. Last visit the tenders weren’t even edible and had to be thrown away because they had been cooked in old burnt oil. I decided to give it another try today. There has been some improvement. The workers were very nice and seemed happy to serve. The tenders were good. The fries were stale and I suspect they were left over from the night before. I ordered around 10:50 am so food should have been fresh. The bread was cold and it was stale too. The slaw seemed off also. I’ll give 3 stars simply due to the nice drive through workers and decent chicken tenders. I will give them one more chance. If all the food isn’t fresh or I encounter rude workers, I will not be back.

The Cashier was very rude! Ask for sauce with my meal didn’t receive any. Went to the register to ask for them politely! Cashier greeted me with a nasty attitude! The bathroom doors promise a step back in time to a clean and quality bathroom. Entering the doors the promise is almost fulfilled. Contemporary styling and durability of tile surround you back by the gentle sounds of contemporary music at an agreeable volume. The consumables are supplies in multiples with two double rolls of toilet paper, two paper towel dispensers and two hand soap dispensers. The batteries appeared to have failed in one soap dispenser, so the second one was much appreciated. The only reason I would give Zaxby’s four instead of five stars is cleanliness. The toilet was noticably less clean on the lower half and the tile bore a spot or two here and there where resistant dirt appeared to have held it’s ground for some time. Still, there is nothing to keep me from a return visit anytime.
