Possibly the worst experience at a Friday’s. I even use to work at a Fridays many years ago and their standard use to be “if we have it we we’ll make it happen”. I wanted the Sampler Platter but due to meat restrictions I requested to have the wings replaced with green beans ( never a problem at any other Fridays). I was told that was not a possibility that I would have to either have it with the wings or pay the same price and have them keep the wings but I could not substitute for the wings. I could substitute the mozzarella or the potato skins but could not substitute for the wings. If I got the Platter without the wings they would still charge as if I had gotten the wings. Last I checked green beans were less pricey then wings. I even explained I had a meat restriction. I was advised nothing could be done. This experience was very puzzling to me. I would recommend going to a different restaurant in the area as there are plenty of better choices and more customer friendly places.

Waited about 10 minutes till we got even acknowledged. Food was out fairly promptly and was fair, nothing worth noting. Restaurant is clean and in good condition.

The food was very good. My husband and I shared the traditional appetizer (bone in wings apple butter bbq flavor, mozzarella sticks and potato skins) and the whiskey sauced burger and fries. Service was so good (ask for Barbara).

I think 4/5 stars is appropriate for the prices they are charging, regardless if they are by the airport. Food was delicious, very good food but you will be paying roughly $80 for 4 people, roughly.

The first drink was the Best Friday Margarita – BFM, 2nd drink was Merry Margarita. The food was medium rare Friday Special burger with fries. The drinks were amazing but the food wasn’t all that great. It took a while and it came cool to warm. I didn’t want to complain.

First time at TGIF in Orlando Florida. The location is good, food is basic, service was horrible. We got our drinks and it took like 45 minutes to get a refill. Place is kind of dirty, tables were sticky, I am not saying that all TGIF are like that. This one in particular needs improvement.

Our server was amazing I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends and family. It was an amazing visit. I am a retired General Manager of restaurants and I can honestly say we got the best service available. I can’t remember her name but we went on Sunday afternoon. I wanna say her name was Brenda sorry if I got it wrong but anyway she was amazing friendly attentive and all along keeping an amazing smile. She made the visit 200% worthwhile. Thank you to the whole staff you guys do amazing work!!!! Keep up the amazing work you all do.
