I’ve been eating here for years and while the flavor is always good…there is significantly less meat than there used to be. This makes what used to be slightly high prices, very high for what you get (now that meat portions are barely there). That being said I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak & almost forgot to take a picture before I ate it all. Also pictured is the Chicken California. They do have a Rewards Program that doles out $2 off coupons fairly regularly. My favorite place to get sandwiches in the area. My friend and I always make room to stop by this Charley’s whenever we’re in Iowa City/Coralville. The customer service is very friendly (heck, one time the cashier had asked one of my friends how their family was doing) and the food comes out in a timely matter.

Was picking up 2 doordash orders orders finally got ready then the lady at the counter kept telling me to wait 30 minutes for her to get 2 drinks ready so I can take my food. She ended not giving them too me because I was impatient waiting 40 minutes for 2 drinks. Also she is supposed to be their manager. Not how a manager should act. Highly disappointed.

Rude person at the register. I would naver have taken the 10 minute to post a review if it was not for her. Ive read the other corporate responses, dont bother replying, you sound lie corporate HR, it actually hurts your brand vs. helping it. Im not your target market anyway. Low quality food, high prices, honestly id be surprised if charleys contiues to be a brand in 2 years. Its like an over priced subway void of flavor. These are the franchises that need to go away, there is no way the business model is sustainable. Workers are not coming back. Sell a $15 high quality sandwich and ill be back.

The people at Charleys is so rude, so everytime I try to make an order they cancel it. Then when I call an tell the guy what’s going on he barely give a me a chance and hangs up on me,so I guess they’re mad because I made a complaint once about the food not being right what I ordered. That’s fine but I’m spending my money with you guys and for you to be so rude. I will be calling over you guys store and the bbb like customers shouldn’t be treated like this.
