I went to Lubbock to visit my brother in law! And we went to this store! First of all the food is good but not for the price you pay for! Kind of expensive! They need better ideas to don’t give you to wet the taco! The tostadas and guacamole are so good! But the salsas need little bit of work! Definitely is an option if you can’t find real tacos in Texas! Is a friendly environment and many families there! Please try better cheese also as a suggestion!!

It was definitely a packed place on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to order and find a place to sit and eat. The service was awesome, and the food was delicious. I really loved the chips and salsa. Tacos were delicious and filling.

Overall average experience. The tacos are nice, they are a bit pricey though – would hope for the price they would be higher quality. The place was a bit messy, as there were no clean tables available. The food came out pretty quick though.

I have always had decent experience coming here. Today not so Bueno. Super disappointed. Our to go order went missing. Waited another hour to get our order. Our order was 2 tacos and some queso.

Just spent a lot of money for two tacos and took it to-go. Had to wait 30 minutes to get the food. They wrapped the tin foil in the burrito making a mess when I opened it up. Not worth the amount of money I spent if they are not going to take the time to make the customer feel good when they eat their food. I love the food, but need to work on the staffing and maybe do some proper team training if your going to be in the service business.

I love Torchy’s, the food slaps every time! Something weird though, every time I ask for more chips, I don’t get them, even in their less busy times. It’s happened three times now! Is it a fluke or are they trained to not give you more chips unless you ask more than once

Good food. Unfortunately, the bartenders are not interested in helping you of you’re not a man. I eat there at least once a week, despite the service and door dash there multiple times a week. So sad that these two girls will eventually ruin it for everyone as i have personally watched them neglect to talk to anyone, again, unless you are 6 ft and have a beard….sad…

Food was disgusting cold tortillas cold food was not temping at all floor was dirty drink station was dirty just had to leave my food cuz it was disgusting. Also women’s restroom handicap stall wasn’t even fit to shut door properly. I guarantee if a health inspector went in there unannounced they’d fail. It all comes down to the manager closing manager open manager be cleaner. The restaurant is gross. I went on at 230 pm.
