The absolute WORST Jimmy John’s store I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Since I was recently employed nearby I regularly go for lunch and pick my own food up. Multiple times orders have been missing customizations (cut in half, leave bread IN etc.) Or missing items (napkins or mustard packets. Picked up a order via drive thru. Store is less than 3 minutes away. Picked up my order, today 06/23. No mustard packets, chip bag covered in what appears to be a sticky, grime substance (how?), Drink was a 20 oz coke that was warm by the time I received it.

Randomly closed during lunchtime. I couldn’t order online so I decided to drive by the store on my lunch break to find out they were closed. So many people were going to the door and then immediately leaving. Only a small sign to say they were closed by the door and No sign by the drive though.

I ordered $30 worth of food take out. I get home the order was wrong. No big deal mistakes happen. We called the store Nicole the manager said bring the food back. I live about 20 min. from the restaurant. The problem came in when I brought the food back. I had to wait in the drive thru. Then waite for the sandwich to be remade. I asked could i have a cold drink to compensate me for my time. This little chihuahua of a girl named Kimmie acted like i wanted her to pay for my order. I said let me help you understand. She said you not gone talk to me like im a child. I wasn’t but she was acting like one. I talked to Nicole she just said im sorry. Other than the young men with the locs who actually helped me this whole situation is sorry. I will never go there again

I called to find out what kind of bread their Turkey Tom comes on and he hung up on me. I thought maybe it was an accident so I tried again and he laughed at me then hung up on me again. Terrible service. I’ll definitely NEVER try to order from here again. I’ve never ordered from here before so if this is how they treat first time customers, I’m good.

EVERYTIME I order from them delivery or pickup it take an hour if not more. If i order for pickup my food still ends up getting sent through delivery. And when i order delivery it take 1 hour if not longer. I woke .5 miles away from this place and still can’t figure out why it take this long to receive my food. If i wanted to wait I would go to a sit down restaurant. So much for Freaky fast. This place is far from it. Not to mention the Manager is very rude about everything.

Sandwiches are good and live up to the Jimmy John’s name. I have been coming her for a few years now. On the other hand, their staff is never really friendly, sometimes downright rude and quite literally if you are in the drive thru and even if no other customers are in the store it will take a bare minimum of 10 to 15 minutes to get your order. Freaky fast? More like freaky slow? What the hell are the employees doing in there? Management needs to step up their service game.
