Chick Fill A food is great 5 Stars. But I’m tired of ordering and never getting the amount of sauce I requested. Is not my first time, I always considered it as a mistake they are busy and they didn’t pay attention to that. But today I decided to write this to see if they could improve that. This is the slowest Chick full a I have even been to. The employees taking orders were playing on their phones inside the watching cars pull up coming out only after 2 or 3 car were waiting for assistance. They didn’t have payment option other then at the window. And the employees taking payment and giving food didn’t not pay enough attention to confirm the order was correctly packed. They were also quite short and unfriendly.

Not liking this chick-fil-a at all… my fries had lint on them as if someone rubbed it on their shirt or whatnot. They had lint on them. They were also stale… the order experience was fine. She seems new and was sweet.. the cashier in the drive through was unprofessional and on the phone, like a whole video call. You could hear the convo. You could only imagine how the cashier interacted with me as she was having a whole conversation. And receiving my meal, the person who gave it to me seemed upset or angry. A very bland and annoying way to end the chick fil a experience. I am very disappointed i am only giving two stars because my sandwich was fairly good. My frosted lemonade was also only 3/4 full… i was so upset at the experience, i didnt even want to stop and say anything. I did get my food quickly though.

This is the worst chick fila customer service experience that I ever had. Chick Fila has spoiled us with their great and perky customer service and this location failed. They got my drink wrong and didn’t include my pankos crumbs with the salad and the 3 ladies at the window got an attitude when I brought it to their attention and told me to park in space 1 to wait for the corrected order. Well, they forgot I was there. I waited for 15 minutes for a new drink and I had to call the store to bring it out to me. I am giving 3 stars because the manager was very pleasant.

If you are expecting regular fast, friendly Chic-fil-A service this is not the place. Came around 2:40pm and didn’t have my order taken until 2:55pm and only two people were working the drive-tru. After they took an order they would go back inside and wont return until after a couple of minutes. For it to be located next to a busy Highway. You would think they will have more workers.
