First off delivery driver could find where I was at even though as they turned on to the road I was on I was waving at them they did a u turn and left and called like 3 min later wondering where I’m at.. explained to them where I was and they still went down the wrong road.

UNREAL!!!!!! They charged my card, it went through, left my bank, and now they say the order can’t be found. She then proceeded to tell me I could PAY AGAIN if I want my pizza delivered!!!! So when I asked for a manager, because I have proof I paid, she said and I quote *he said when this happens to explain to people he will be available the next day for a phone call.* and that I should probably call my card to refute the problems. Ua i can see it now *hi bank? Ya that charge from last night? I didjt get it, so give my money back* ya thatll go over well… and moght i add…. IT HAPPENS THAT OFTEN?!?!?!?!? And now they won’t refund because they can’t find the order! I literally just paid for a pizza I’m not getting, and they say it’s a common problem. Do not go here. Ordered a pizza for carry out and it was undercooked, didn’t notice until I was home, drove all the way back (15+ minutes by the way)asked to speak to the manager and she was extremely rude to me! Refused to tell me her name and told me that there was nothing she could do to help and told me I was free to leave and not come back. Will not be ordering from this papa johns ever again will absolutely be going back to dominos, Pizza Hut, hell even little ceasers is better!!!
