I have given this location so many chances. When Covid hit, after Covid they still used the Covid excuse and now there is no excuse, there’s just no response. I take partial blame for 2 reasons. One, I’m dumb for keep ordering from here which now I will not do ever again, and two the last order was made right before closing time. I paid the bill and even gave a large tip due to being right before closing. My order got messed up again. I paid for wings and never got any. I called and a young man apologized and stated he would credit my account. It was never credited. Two days later I called and a young woman answered and stated only a manager can fix it and took my number and promised me I would get a call back from the manager the next day. Never received a call. Tony’s Pizza is a couple blocks away. Ten times better pizza, family owned and they take care of their customers.

I ordered through the app as I always do and decided to not leave a tip as I was going to give cash ($5) at the door. Delivery driver, Kyle, called me and asked if I was going to give a tip I told him yes and that I was going to give cash. I asked the driver (who I didn’t know at the time was the person who called me) why someone from the store would call to ask if I was going to leave a tip. He told me that it was him and the reason he does that is to “help out other drivers” and claims that drivers only make around $5 on the road. I am truly disappointed and disgusted that anyone would feel that entitled to ask someone for a tip. I get it times are tough, but you don’t ask someone for a tip. Especially someone who told me that they are an assistant manager. That is no one’s business but the person who ordered the food. It is absolutely sad what people will do just for a buck. I did give him a tip but if you need to ask for a tip you need to find somewhere else to work that pays adequately to their staff. The food is fine there was nothing wrong with it but customer service from here is awful. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

I usually go to the Dominos(2844 Penn Ave) but today I decided to order from this location because it’s just 4 minutes from my house. Let me tell that the pizza, wings, cheese sticks were really good. Everything was nice and hot. I did choose car side but decided to walk in just to check the cleanliness. This place was very clean. The 3 ladies in the store were also very nice, and we even engaged in a short combo. 5 stars for the great service.

Ordered 2 pizza’s They were all soggy and mushy like it was microwaved. I ordered extra robust tomato sauce and it was dry with hardly any sauce. I ordered extra Buffalo sauce and it had absolutely NO Buffalo sauce on it at all plus I ordered extra beef and there was no extra beef. Also got just a plain medium pizza and that was all soggy and mushy too. Very disappointed. I ordered the same thing about a week ago and said Erin prepared it and both pizza’s were perfect. Perfectly baked and has all the ingredients on them.. Today it said Ashley prepared it and both pizza’s were horrible!!!! I spent $45 on this meal.So tired of paying for things and it not being right. Some people take no pride in their job and it shows. Guess should only order food when Erin is working

I would order here multiple times and liked the service, but today I ordered 2 large pizzas but got only 2 medium pizzas when I called them and said I ordered large she said I was wrong, and then I asked for a refund, instead she just charged me again of my card and said that it was the bank’s mistake, I am very disappointed in what happened, and I would be very! Careful when ordering here. I would like to say that the delivery man was nice and that he did not have anything to do with what happened.

Store front and cooking area always looks very clean and organized. My family has been to other similar places for take out/pick up. We choose not to go back because stores looked choatic and gross when look around. Ordering from Domino’s app and communication about order is nice and very convenient. Robesonia’s Dominio location has always been right on time with orders ready too. Staff is super friendly each time. “Hello! Welcome! Thank you! Enjoy your Pizza! Have a great night!” Whatever management and workers are doing…job well done! Perfect place for a quick easy meal!
