I love this place! They have some of the best margaritas I’ve ever had and I love the tajin rim over a typical salt rim. The Camarones Momias & poblano relleno are out of this this world. They have great patio seating as well.

Possibly the best lengua tacos ever. They were moist and tender without being greasy and generous on the meat. Not pictured because we inhaled them. The chicken tamales and pork ones were great, I preferred the flavor of the chicken slightly. The spicy sauce on the side was a good complement. Also black bean tamale option but I think it needs more seasoning or some veggies to stand against the others. Salsa was flavorful, heavy on the garlic, smooth style vs chunky.

FANTASTIC PLACE! The interior design is amazing it’s bold, modern, and really shows the culture which I love. The margarita was one of the best that I’ve had in a while. It was balanced so well and the tequila wasn’t overpowering. The chips and salsa were fantastic. The salsa was fresh and had just the amount of spice. And the FOOD…I got the fajita quesadilla and OH MY GOSH….the rice and beans were perfection. The steak and peppers were perfectly seasoned and cooked. One of the best I’ve had in a while. I’d highly recommend!

Not bad but a little pricey. Fish tacos were great. Fish was seasoned perfectly. I love their salsa and quac. Street tacos were delicious above average with great flavor on the meat. Well balanced between meat and veggies.

Our bartender was amazing and the jalapeno Margarita was absolutely fantastic. Chile relleno was one of the best I’ve ever had. It is a little bit pricey but it was worth every penny.

Best Mexican food in Knoxville. Authentic. Great atmosphere too, and it is open late which is nice.

I once got some 1942 here, the waiter looked at me and said you sure you can afford it? I had ordered three shots . Don chingon burger was good service was ok. He later came by and apologized because I think he knew it was rude to say it, my bill was just under 150 his tip went from 50$ to 10$ after the comment.

Different menu selections than most Mexican food places. That being said the burrito I got was good but tortilla was pretty dry and chewy. Bright decor but skinny walkways between counter and booths.

We were there over the weekend and ordered pork pozole soup. It was excellent!! Spicy and full of flavor. My husband got the taco salad and said it was also delicious. The food was fresh and the service very good. Can’t wait to try other items on the menu.
