2 hours for delivery and no communication or apology. Shame on you for taking people’s money and then not doing your job. The delivery driver knocked on my door and pointed at the floor where the pizza had been placed and walked away without uttering a word. $30 for 1 med pizza. I prepaid a 20% tip which he did not deserve.

I guess I’ll be the first to say these overwhelmingly negative reviews seem a bit dramatic. I live about 12 minutes away, and usually get my food within 40 minutes or so. Do people forget the pizza has to be made and then cooked? The pizza looked (and was) delicious. Delivery driver Michael was very sweet. Thanks y’all!

I just received the absolute worst pizza order ever. I understand that sometimes things get backed up, but these pizzas were cold (they sat for an hour waiting to be delivered) and had virtually no cheese or sauce. One of the pizzas had whole parts of it with no toppings at all. This is the last time I will ever order from Domino’s again.

Terrible manager who has an entitled and disrespectful attitude when trying to problem solve literally anything, even when approached with a non-argumentative, respectful tone. Lies to your face and hangs up on you. Probably goes through employees like 1-ply toilet paper due to poor management and poor working conditions.

Horrible service. My pizza was listed as “ready” at the correct time, but they had never even made it in the first place. Then then proceeded to keep telling me it was on the way for what has now been 35 minutes since it was marked “ready.” I’m still standing here waiting, and no one is making an effort to help me despite me being polite and patient. Update: it’s finally out nearly an hour later and it was missing an ingredient. Also, the delivery driver dropped an entire delivery box full of pizza on its side on the ground, and then picked it up, didn’t check the pizzas, and left with them. Avoid this place.

Ordered for delivery at 8:15. It’s currently 11pm and no word. Unable to cancel online and they absolutely refuse to pick up their phone after waiting for 10 minutes on hold. EDIT: Called back and they have a single driver for the whole store. Abysmal management. Disgraceful.
