Wow are they slow! Did online order with a ready time of 6:11. Food was not ready until 6:49. Was one of 7 people waiting around. They were more worried about the drive thru then the customers in the lobby. Fairly clean restaurant and employees were pleasant but seemed understaffed. 5 employees but they did not seem to have duties assigned to get more done

This place was dead when I went to the store. It was approximately 7pm. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Wow… that thing was made with love. Seriously, thank you, whoever made it. The sandwich was juicy and tender.

Took 10 minutes to get greeted after walking in, one car in the drive through and only people sitting down already eating in the lobby. They were out of fries so got Mac and cheese instead, then told after already waiting five minutes that it would be an additional 12 for a side of Mac and cheese. Did mashed potatoes instead. They forgot my sauces, and no silverware in the bag. In their defense there was only two employees I could see.

If I could give them negative stars I would. We went there this evening and ordered a 3 piece, a tenders meal and 2 chicken littles. We waited OVER a half an hour. Nobody updated us, when we called we were promptly hung up on. Then when we finally received our food it was the wrong order. I’ve never had such poor service, absolutely horrid. The food we did get was not good. It was soggy and mangled breading and cold biscuits. If you’re hungry don’t go here.

We went to the drive-thru around 7:30 pm, think it was on a Wednesday. It was rather busy and took awhile to get to the speaker. After ordering, it didn’t take that long to get to the window and pay. We had a large order and they were a few short on the regular chicken pieces so they asked if we would take some extra crispy, which was fine. Over all happy with the visit.

Dirty,staff acted as if they were on crack!(lots of running around&yelling¬hing getting done)terrible customer service&took forever to get food that was already done&box because of horseplay going on…then missing gravy&biscuits, chicken was soggy with grease…go back to get our missing items&listen to them argue amongst themselves on whos fault it is,get treated rudely&have it made clear they were sure the gravy was “inda bag”…if it was i wouldn’t have had to drive back&get it from you morons would i??? This location should be completely re-staffed (store mgr. on down)because you cant even tell which of the loud obnoxious people are in charge&whoever’s in charge has no control over their staff,or the daily operations of this location… worst kfc visit we’ve ever had…never going back to this location,probably be a long time before we go to any kfc after that clown show
