Went today for the first time in a while. The taste is still good but was a bit disappointed in how the amount of meat on the sandwiches has dwindled making the sandwiches mostly bread. Used to be chocked with meat but I guess everyone is cutting back on expenses.

Came in at around 545 pm on a Friday. One guy b/s ing with another employee. Another customer behind me came in, and they were waited on before me. Don’t know if they only do ice cream 1st or what. But one person makings sandwiches on a Friday night is crazy. Had two doing ice cream. Left for another dinner choice.

Having been a Togo sandwich lover many years ago – and always ordering my favorite #9, I was very disappointed today when I visited your establishment today. I ordered the #9, and I always remember how loaded with pastrami this sandwich used to be. Today, my sandwich had a few slices of pastrami and lots of veggies instead, and the bread was dry. For the price of $11.36 plus change (for a small sandwich); I am very disappointed. I will not be returning.

I would like to set a complaint about this store. I placed an order online through the website, I didn’t notice it was an 1hr away from me, and I called to cancel the order. The woman I spoke to on the phone said she will give me a refund, it would take 3 days, she was going to leave a message for her manager to process the refund. Because she told me I would be getting the refund, I did not drive 1hr to pick up the sandwiches. The next day the “manager” calls me and tells me he will not be processing the refund. I did not receive goods and that store kept my money. I am owed a refund. If I knew that the “manager” was going to decline my refund then I would have drove and pickup up the food. 3 sandwiches total $38.68.
