Always double check your order before you leave. I was overcharged by two sandwiches and then when I got my money back, they left to out. I am calling in the morning to give them one chance to fix this. Otherwise, never again.

Stopped in for lunch. Sitting eating and the you lady came to me and brought me hot fries. I asked her why and she said the ones I had didn’t look fresh. Such a nice girl. It is a shame that more fast food restaurants don’t have more people like that.

So, pull into drive thru tonight and after placing our order we were told they had no roast beef for at least 2 hrs….ummmm, that what Arby’s is all about! If we wanted chicken we’d go to KFC. They should tell people upfront or start the cooking process a little earlier, wasted 20 mile drive.

Never ever eating here the girl with the red hair with glasses was rude n didn’t get my roast beef sandwich n my buffalo sandwich and I told here I didn’t get my cheese sticks and she said sorry we can’t give them to you unless we see a receipt for Proof and I walked off and went to Burger King instead better costumer surface and the guy with the pony tail with glasses who took my order was just standing there acting like I didn’t order cheese sticks n my sandwich do better arbys !!!!!!!!!
