I was a walk-in customer on a busy Cinco de Mayo late afternoon. Shout out and thank you to the only male worker (in his late 20’s/ early 30’s?) who not only acknowledged me but also quickly switched from BOH to FOH role to take my order. I called and ordered a pizza with white sauce. Person said it wouldn’t be a problem over the phone for their special the New Yorker. Went in, red sauce. They didn’t hand me the pizza till after I paid. Asked them about it and they refused to make it right. I would not have ordered the pizza if I had known I had to use red sauce. Called and complained to the manager. The manager refused to refund me the tip I paid for. Asked to speak to the owner, they refused to help. I will file a BBB complaint. They should have just refunded me the pizza and they could have had it back.
