I just wish my orders were correct. When they make stuff right, it’s great. But normally it’s wrong. Two sandwiches today were missing the bacon. Yesterday when I tried to get the same sandwiches, they didn’t have avocado. It’s very hit or miss. I literally go here every day.

After attempting to use the app to take adavantage of a deal, my card was charged 3 times before I knew it. I immediately cancelled the transactions because the deal did not work because if technical issue and was told to contact corporate for my returns. Corporate said 12-14 days I’ll see my refund when I email over all. Order online for a store and this is the result if wrong, not exactly great service. Atleast I like the coffee, but I prefer human resolutions if possible

It’s a good place but they charge you for extra BUTTER!!! Even when they don’t put enough. Like I’ve never heard of such an and the other locations I’ve went to NEVER charged extra butter and put just the right amount! And my mom ordered coffee the same exact way she does at the other location and she and she DID NOT like it AND when we got our order it was COMPLETELY wrong so NEVER coming here again and I’m thinking it may be a new manager so that may also be the problem.

I roll up around 5:20 today (6/13) to a massive drive thru line-no big deal though, it goes by quick. I get up to the speaker and the sweetest young lady helps me out, very polite and very obviously good at her job. When I come up to the window i ask about her morning and find out she’s the only one in the entire building because her coworkers called out I was baffled. This girl was handling about 50 people by herself within 20-30 minutes and i was only in the line for about 5. She deserves a raise or promotion @Dunkin

Visited 6/21/22 around 5am. No donuts. Ordered a grilled cheese and an iced chai latte. I got a cold cheese sandwich and a large milk with spice in it. That’s 10 bucks wasted. I’ve come here maybe three times in the last 2 years and it’s been the same.

Was a third car in drive thru to get a drink and breakfast and then line scooted up and got theirs and then my turn came to window and they take forever to give card back and get a simple order ready. Don’t go to this location they don’t work at all. All they do is play I got there around 540 and it took 10 min just to get a drink and breakfast ready they had more than one person working but seriously I will not be returning to this location cause all they do is play my biscuit was cold so was sausage pretty pathetic! Don’t waste your money. Seriously thought I wasn’t gonna get my card back cause the guy was waving it around. I will go be royal to Krispy Kreme
