Excellent food, reasonable prices. Always a good experience. Go there often. Owner especially is very friendly and makes sure everyone is happy. They make the best white clam sauce I’ve had anywhere and tons of clams. Everything I’ve had has been wonderful. Salads are always crisp and fresh. Have tried much of the menu, all good.

They have the best white broccoli pizza I have ever had in my life. It is so good that I get an extra pie so I can put it in the freezer because I don’t live close by. The service and atmosphere can be hit or miss. One young server is far superior to the others.

So with this place, it’s not about frew frew anything – but instead what you get is good service from a nice older man (with a GREAT baritone voice) working with his grandson. It’s family – and honest – and MUCH better priced than some of the other places in the village.

Owner is just a jerk!! Grumpy grumpy grumpy.. we walked in for an Ice Cream and immediately got stared down, no greeting, just pressure to hurry up! He wanted my Fiancé to hurry up and make a decision and made some jerky comment about waiting on her. When I asked the other employee what his problem was and if I could speak to the owner.. he said “unfortunately he is the owner”. The woman who owned this place was really nice. It is so sad to see someone so angry own it now.

We use to come here several times in the year of 2021 but after while we stop because the owner of this restaurant has to much negative energy. He’s rude and not overall friendy with us. The pizza was subpar at best as well as the other food we tried at our visits here. Poor attitude subpar tasting food.

After a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT VILLAGE PIZZA IN REDHOOK (GO READ REVIEW PLEASE YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED)I walked in ..Friday dinner rush pretty packed.I CAME HERE THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING. I walked in was greeted right away and told i would be helped shortly! The girls then took my order all within 3 Mins of my being there..while food was warming I heard the girls talking about how cool my nails were..we had a few secs of small talk and as I was turning to leave pretty much everyone noticed .it started torrential downpour! As I’m leaving and ppl coming in off the st are warning me and another fellow well get soaked people and the business offered for us to stay inside and eat so we don’t get wet! It was so welcoming here And I truly thank you all for that! I can’t wait to come back and try other menu items!

Passed through Rhinebeck and had a few slices; the Margherita was “alright” according to The Better Half, but we both thought the Chicken Bacon Ranch was lights out awesome. My sense it that this place is where the pizza is at its best when straight out of the oven, but I think we will just have to come back to Rhinebeck and test that theory. Great lunch, cool interior, nice big slices.
