Great burgers! Friendly suggestion here, please let the customers serve themselves, take a lesson from tickle my ribs down the street. Customers like me would prefer to order at the counter and get their own drinks, it is faster service and you don’t feel bad for trying to flag down a waitress that’s trying to handle way to many tables (not her fault).

Sidney took excellent care of us! The Moose Chicken Cheesesteak was amazing. I couldn’t decide between tots or fries and they gave me the option of a half and half basket. A lot of food! The lemonade is delicious and fresh squeezed. I like that it doesn’t have as much pulp as chic-fil-a and also that at Hwy 55 it’s only $1.00 for a refill. The kids got root beer floats. Good food, great service!

Highly disappointed with the Burlington location. I used to enjoy going there but the last 2 times I went it was a bad experience. First time I walked out because me and my family waited for about 15 min and nobody came to get our order “was at 2pm and not busy”. And then tonight I tried giving them a second chance. Mistake. Got the order this time but no lid on one of the cups wrong drinks no refills and kept getting looks. Will be my last time going there. Do yourself a favor and chose a different restaurant Hwy55 is not worth it.

Service was really slow. I sat down. The girl took my drink order. I was looking at the menu. It was my first time there. She brought my drink I was still trying to decide. After 20 minutes she came back to take my order. I sat there for a half hour no food. Apparently they lost my ticket. They had a lot of people come in after me but everyone got their food and I’m still sitting there. The girl came over to apologize . They finally made my order. When I got it the fries were like warm. They should have given me a discount because the kitchen lost the ticket. I didn’t fuss or ask for anything. Very bad customer service. I will not return there.

We had an awesome time for our first visit here! The kids loved the food and the atmosphere! Nick made it so much fun for the kids when they got their kids meal cars! The ice cream with a cherry on top was the highlight of the kids day! We will definitely be back again!

Went with my family and was really disappointed. We really enjoy the Greensboro location and figured it was going to be the same but, as no. The food was disappoint the look, the taste , the quality all fell short. The servers don’t greet you at the door with the normal HWY55 smile and greeting. They don’t chat with you and make you feel at home like they do in Greensboro. Also it looks like they have a whole new staff since we have been there last. Just not what we have come to expect from the HWY55 brand.

I’d give it four stars for the food. It was good but mostly flavorless. The service was kinda rough though. My boyfriend and I went in and we weren’t sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves so we stood at the front for a minute and no one acknowledged us so we went up to the counter and still no one acknowledged us for a while and they weren’t busy cause it was like 3 pm and they were talking to each other. We finally sat down and no one came to serve us for 5-10 minutes. We were a little annoyed but fine with it until we noticed that other customers were getting great treatment (not waiting too long, doors opened for them, greeted upon arrival, etc) which definitely felt off.

The food was very good. I just wish that they had A-1 sauce for the hamburger steak. The service was ok, but it could have been better. The orangeade and the milkshakes are awesome. The establishment was very clean and was greeted upon entry, I recommend that you try the food here.

Stopped in today to get a burger and a chicken Philly cheesesteak for dinner. Food was incredible and the staff were super friendly. It’s hard to find staff at a restaurant where every single employee is courteous and in a great mood. From giving me an update on the status of my to go order to making sure I didn’t need anything while i waited.. They covered all the bases in making sure my experience was great.
