This KFC is the best overall in Gastonia. They are always consistently spot on. I used their ordering app for the first time,they gave me a pick up time and I was there right at that time and she was just bagging my large order. Only drawback is you do have to go inside for pick-up!!! Overall a very good experience

(I went to this KFC on August 15th 2023 around 7pm and they got so many things wrong. Then got upset at me and intentionally took forever to even begin fixing their many mistakes. The manager was a middle aged African-American lady with braids and the extra lazy and uncaring cashier was a young African American lady.) Y’all gotta do something KFC. What a horrific place. I have never seen lazier and more uncaring “employees” in my life. There is no way I will ever to go this ridiculous place until management is changed in a major way. And I’m telling everyone I know to stay away from this absolute cess pool of horrific employees. TIME TO GET BETTER EMPLOYEES!!

It was late on a Sunday. We were tired and feeling hungry so we decided on this location since it was on the upcoming exit. We were informed at the drive thru that they were out of a lot of ingredients. They were very accommodating since they were unable to fulfill any of our first choice options.

I went through the drive thru in November 2022 just before Thanksgiving and ordered a family meal. I asked for honey mustard and hot sauce and the young man that was in the window told me that I would have to be charged for honey mustard and hot sauce. Just recently I’ve dined inside of this restaurant and on both occasions, it was VERY COLD inside the restaurant dining area. The bathroom was not cold – just the dining area. Other customers around me also complained about how cold it was. TO THE MANAGER READING THIS: PLEASE tell your employees to not have the air condition up high to the point where it is EXTREMELY COLD inside of the restaurant – on both occasions this made my visits VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and UNPLEASANT. IT WAS SO SO COLD IN THERE.. Another point that I would like to point out to management is that the chicken at times is EXTREMELY greasy, burned (overcooked) and just don’t taste right. For example, the chicken that I bought prior to Thanksgiving was burned.

Not too busy. I went inside and ordered the 12 piece Nugget meal. Short wait for my order but I was watching something on my phone so no biggie. I got my order and the biscuit was so fresh and soft that I started eating it right away. Half way through I open my nuggets and discover there’s only 8 instead of 12. I go to the cashier and explain only to be looked at like I’m lying. She then asked for my receipt and got the rest of my order. I understand there are dishonest people but who lies about 4 chicken nuggets? I’ll definitely keep getting those nuggets but I won’t return to this store. My order was wrong and the customer service was terrible.

At the time I was the only person eating in the lobby and I simply asked for them to turn off Fox News change the channel turn off the TV anything I just didn’t wanna watch Tucker Carlson while I was trying to eat my food. Not only did they refused to do it but they said they couldn’t change the channel that it had to stay on that channel so I’m wondering about the owners of this franchise or the manager of the franchise who is making this decision?
