Never again will I spend a single penny at this location. Food is subpar, incorrect and the customer service just doesn’t exist. Tried to call and speak with a manager, they are never there. If I was offered free food for a year , I still wouldn’t go back. I hope they go out of business and a new owner takes over the franchise. These people don’t deserve your business. Read the other reviews, it seems like actual customer reviews are all negative, but the good ones all read very similar, as if it’s the owners and or their family writing them. Better off going to little Caesars…

Very good customer service, helpful & understanding, fast delivery service. My family and I always order with this dominos location. Can’t find my order on tracker so I called the store. Said my order should be arriving. 25 minutes n no food n store either hangs up on me or doesn’t answer the telephone. I finally got a hold of the team member and they couldn’t find my order and then they found it and told me that they would still be 10 minutes that they were on their way. So need to say I’m waiting 35 or 40 minutes from my pizza and I’m just getting it now 40 minutes later and it’s been 55 minutes to an hour since I placed my order

My whole order was missing then it took me 5 days straight to reach out to the owner. The staff kept saying they let the store manager know about my order missing and call me back. Never got a call back from “store manager”. I had to call and ask every day till they said “you should talk to the owner”. When i finally got a hold of the owner after 5 days of trying, I wasn’t able to get a refund cause i paid with apple pay. So, the owner told me that he has given me the store credit. He said i could just use my address and phone number and it would automatically be paid with store credit.

Used to love this location and had been a loyal customer for over a year. Lately, service has been lackluster and orders would be marked as delivered only to show up 30+ minutes after! Any inquiries or calls fall on deaf ears as they would just tell you to wait 15-20 more minutes when it’s been over an hour. No apologies, no remedies. Order from any other local pizza place, and you’ll likely receive and consume your food before an order from here arrives.

I have ordered from this place for many years. They continuously get the order completely wrong but they are one of the only places that you can order a no cheese pizza. The previous time I ordered a new cheese pizza they sent me a no sauce pizza with cheese on it. I was then told by the customer associate I would have a voucher because I literally just threw the pizza in the trash since it was not edible since I am lactose intolerant. I called back to order another Pizza that actually had what I requested and what I had paid for and they and no record of what had happened. I feel like I was stolen twenty bucks and I’ll have to live with it. Whatever there’s a lot of other pizza places that are more worth it and have no she’s options for special people like me

Constantly get my order wrong. This location is literally .25 miles away from their store and once the pizza is done and out for delivery, it has taken hours to arrive. never follow delivery instructions. called the store the last time i ordered to complain because they didnt give me the full order i paid for and actually gave a $4 tip on. “The man on the phone said why do you keep ordering from us if this keeps happening?” Not even exaggerating, that is exactly what he said after I over paid for my order they messed up on. *****AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS*****
