I ordered some food and the young woman who is there can’t communicate with me because she doesn’t know English so it made it hard for me to ask for what I really wanted so I had to keep it simple for her to understand which I find heartbreaking for the both of us the pizza I was given looked like it had been there for a while just looked dried up then when I was done and we came to the counter to get my drink I paid for the meal and sat down took a sip and my drink tasted like Clorox I’m pretty sure they use a cleaner to sanitize the machine but stop using so much damn cleaner for heaven sake overall terrible experience terrible communication terrible workers in other words they suck

I ordered a large half cheese and half meat pizza. The cook took an already made cold pizza put meat on half and was going to place it in the oven to reheat it. If I wasn’t watching I would have never known. I had to request a fresh pizza. The new owners are taking short cuts to save money.

They can’t even do their job and COOK! Hours before close but especially in the last hour. This is the second time in TWO DAYS! I was here yesterday with my mom, too, and surprise, surprise. The chibehind the counter today says “she doesn’t speak English”. WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE A JOB HERE THEN?!!! She knew enough to say no manager and she only has that week old spaghetti, because you could tell she was just a liar. Absolutely horrible service. Looks to be the same dried out noodles as yesterday, too. Disgusting. Personally, yet again, another place in town that doesn’t even live up to basic standards. Zero stars. Don’t even bother coming here until they fire everyone and rehire. You’ll just be disappointed and peeved. Excuses, excuses. Nobody does their job anymore. I think I’ll swing by tomorrow and see if the answer is the same then, too, but this time recording so I can share. Meanwhile, came to Burger King on PSL by Gatlin since Sbarro was a flop, and BK’s service was 6 stars!

The worker didn’t even look up at us or take our order, he was just listening to music in his airpods. We waited for a bit and just had to point and say what we wanted and he said the total quietly and that was it. The food is fine, but if you want better business you need employees with better customer service!

If you are looking to pickup a couple of pizzas for the family, do not go here. I had to give my order to 4 different employees before I got to the one who either understood and/or was responsible for fulfilling the order. The eyeball roll I got from him was all I needed to see that this is not where I want to spend my money.

food was mediocre today but not a big deal. mostly annoyed how we bought 4 pizzas and 2 drinks but was told you don’t do water cups and have to buy bottled water? unless your tap is contaminated i think it’s kinda a grimey business move considering 5 star restaurants don’t charge for water. meh.

I can’t believe I just paid $7 a slice for cold pizza and $10 for a little pasta, $32 awfull…. left a bad taste in my mouth, looks good but is horrible and way overpriced!!!! Don’t waste your money.

Can I rate this lower? No hair nets on the guys plating the pizza , no gloves on the people passing the plates down. Employees touching their face then touching the pizza plates, leaning over the food (looking hungover) step up your service game dude you are in the mall! Oh also a little dusting on your service counter (where you display your pizza ) would be nice
