Fries were very overcooked. I’m also not impressed with the quantity, as I thought you usually get a cup and many extra. These were so dry, so dark, and so overcooked that I threw them away. The burger was good but the fries were terrible. Also, I found the place to be very dirty. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned all day.

The one positive star is for the the Coke Freestyle machine. Short staffed is not an excuse for 4 of the staff to disappear into the back for more than 30 minutes leaving one guy at the grill. Nor is it an excuse for staff to be on their phones at the grill, which is a health code violation. It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge our presence to even order.

This is the second time I’ve went in this particular Five Guys. Now first let me start with the cashier. The cashier rang up my order but felt like he couldn’t understand anything I was saying. It felt unpleasant to be nice to someone taking my order and not being able to tell the difference between a guy and a girl wearing lipstick.

Love Five Guys! Fresh and tasty burgers and fries in a well-managed, spacious location with friendly staff and quick service. Atmosphere is relaxed. Clientele seem happy to be here. The free peanuts are a welcome snack while waiting for our food to be prepared. The staff keep this location clean. Great value here. All round highly recommended.

Don’t come to this location, soda dispensers are broken (if they know they are not working, put a sign! Don’t let customers get all splashed) , floors are wet, fries are thrown inside a paper bag with all the grease… avoid this place !

Gluten Free friendly! No gluten free bun but the lettuce wrap was very good (just a little bit messy) They are happy to change their gloves, the shake equipment is cleaned between uses, and the buns are cooked on a dedicated burner so there is not cross contamination.
