Just wanted to thank this establishment for the last minute accommodation for a wedding. Having our previous catering cancel we happened to be at Dickeys when we got the call. Dickeys has amazingly delicious food so we asked if they can cater and had an opening for the wedding date. We are grateful for their catering and it was reasonably priced. The hot cases and attention to detail making sure we didn’t forget anything was appreciated! We will definitely use them in the future. THANK YOU!

Ordered the brisket sandwich to go and when I got to my hotel I couldn’t eat it due to it being burnt. The meat on the entire sandwich was so hard it was impossible to eat along with the burnt flavor so was extremely let down. My dog enjoyed it though.

Today they were out of many core items, poor guy (supervisor) spent so much time explaining all the products that they were out of. They were out of brisket, sausage, coleslaw, fries, sweet tea, pulled pork and more. The supervisor looked defeated, the young lady who is new was energetic and attentive. The price was $18.45 for this plate of food, not sure I see the value for a mostly empty plate of mediocre food, more importantly it’s not what I wanted. In the past I have seen the owners here and this place was on POINT! Bummer, co worker has a coupon will strongly recommend another place for sure.

I had the brisket sandwich combo. The brisket was very good. Watch out for the spicy barbecue sauce. It’s very spicy but tasty. My wife had the mac & cheese with brisket. It was very good. Moist meat. Had a real great flavor. It’s pretty hard to find a meal for 12 bucks anymore. The combo brisket sandwich with a side and a large drink was just under $12. That’s a real fair price these days for barbecue Thank you.

I have eaten at dickies numerous times and LOVE the food. Today I tried to do a delivery order of 100$ and it wouldn’t process. Then I tried to call and it just kept going round and round with messages. I finally walked over and gave the order. She told me she hadn’t turned the phone on yet and apologized. I got the soda and went back to get the food 15 minutes later. The soda had no carbonation at all but we were also missing 2 sides. I attempted to phone again so that I could just go grab it and the phone was still not turned on. I did feel bad becasue there was only one employee working but having to run there 3 times to get one order was very frustrating.

We were there at 11 ordered loaded baked potatoes. The potato I ordered was not done it was so hard couldn’t even cut it. There was no carbonation in the soda and they never checked on it. were four of us and we all wanted baked potatoes but they were sold out after three of us ordered. Their response was we only cook 6 because we never sell more than that. We will not be going there again.

The chicken was great, the ribs were okay, but the brisket was awful. My grandson got the brisket and it was nothing but fat and really hard pieces. He couldn’t eat it at all. The three stars is for the atmosphere.

I ordered a baked potato, I was told it would be at least 25 minutes to prepare. Second choice was brisket, which was ok ish. The highlight was the corn maze-like trip to the restroom.
