On may 14 th I ordered a 3 pice tender meal. With green beans I received 3 very small dried out tenders and limp old fries. A little later my daughter came by to get 2 large graves They gave her medium containers. We where very disappointed in the quality of service we received.

Extremely clean floors. Very spacious. Many tables could have used a good wipe down, especially when slow like then. They were just taking pot pies out of oven & we asked for those. They were amazingly good. Staff, the only one we saw, was very friendly & helpful.

First of all I love KFC.. but this particular day I goes through drive through and order a 4 piece chicken wings meal. And I was eating one of wings ,and realized it was half done,blood was still in the chicken so I took it back..and manager was very rude…I paid 16.46 and I did not want a refund I ask can I get some different chicken…and she told me no!!! ask for my card to do a refund and only put 13.00 on my card 4 days later…She didn’t try to make things right..straight attitude for no reason…not to mention she was already outside smoking a cigarette and on the phone when I get to drive through window it was the same lady..and she said she was manager..off south Pleasantburg by cherrydale…

I went through the drive thru an spent 20 dollars on chicken an bucket of tea that waisted all in my bag an all on my seat sad business. I guess she just threw my tea n the container an didn’t tighten it an waisted everywhere. Imma need my seats cleaned now thanks to kfc n cherry dale smdh.
