Tony the sandwich guy is extremely unprofessional. I ordered 100 dollar order for my employees for lunch. When I went to pick it up he told me they would not honor the 25 percent off coupon they sent me because it was an on line order. The coupon does not say anywhere on it that it cant be used on line. Additionally when I went to pick up the order he belittled me about the coupon I brought. I had ordered an additional sandwich for 7 dollars because one employee changed his mind and wanted a sandwich. He told me then that I could use the 25 percent off coupon on the 7 dollar sandwich but not on the 100 dollar order. HEY THANKS TONY THE SANDWICH GUY. TAKE A LOOK IT DOESNT SAY ANYWHERE I CANT USE IT ONLINE !!!!! PLUS TONY WAS SAGGIN HIS PANTS AND LOOKED LIKE HE WAS CHILLING ON THE BLOCK AT THE LOCAL 7 /11

It was a very hot day and the restaurant was pretty warm. However that did not change the way the Staff greeted me and others, or how they filled our orders. It made it worthwhile that I stopped in and got such a delicious sandwich!

Went to the shop today, open sign was off, looked closed but open online, walked in no acknowledgement that you even walked in. Kid with the blonde hair doesn’t even care to work and the girl working with him is the same just not as bad. Messed up my order of the one one sandwichs and when i told him I was met with, ” no bro you never said that, there isn’t anything like that”, and proceeds to further call you a liar and such. Funny a customer knows the menu better than the workers in my opinion, but that’s the choice management decided to make, suggest you take your business to Jimmy John’s, subway, etc.

Went in for 2 giant subs, it was not that busy at all. The worker on the grill (long dark curly hair) made the sandwiches as normal, but due to his careless attitude poorly wrapped my sandwich. Part of my sandwich fell into the bag as well as being exposed for any contaminants or weather. This worker truly always looks like the fact that he is working is literally killing him, so that’s unappealing to start. Then there is the fact that attitude clearly affects how customers recieve their food. To this worker I simply say: Come on man, do better… its not hard, just try.

First time in this new sandwich place next to the new Amoco station in Carol Stream. Pretty sure this was my first time in any Jersey Mike’s anywhere. I was impressed. The guys behind the counter were friendly and quick and gave good suggestions when asked. The food was plentiful and tasty. Check the $5 deal after 5 pm. Good stuff. I’ll be back!
