Chicken had good flavor but was very dry..fried rice was super salty..could not even eat it..and woman at the counter was quite rude…bought large family meal..wanted to add bubble tea to order but since it was close to closing, she said she was too busy ..and also wouldn’t give us any sauce packets…wow..spent alot of money here..will never go back

The food isn’t the run of the mill Chinese food/teriyaki restaurant. The sesame chicken is actually deep fried chicken chunks with a honey sauce that’s amazing. Not that dark brown sweet stuff most places glop on the food. I’d recommend giving it a try

Great price, great food, great service the owners are very hard working. Egnore all the negative comments and 1 stars about the owner she is a good person and always treats us good. People just do not understand how hard it is to run a business ,…answering the phone, placing orders, cooking and cleaning all at the same time. The couple work soo hard and are always busy, and the food never disappoints ❤ .

My family and I absolutely love Joy and this restaurant! The best food, amazing customer service, and my favorite bubble tea in Puyallup. Joy is extremely hardworking and I would give this restaurant ten stars if I could. Ignore all the 1 star reviews, people clearly don’t know how difficult it is to run a restaurant, check out customers, and prepare the food. Please eat here! You won’t be disappointed.
