Normally I have good experience ordering from the New Boston Pizza Hut. But this time it wasn’t all that great. I received the worst pizza I ever got from here. I decided to try the new Detroit pizza. It looked very delicious from the previews. I order the meat lovers one on the online page and requested to add onions and diced tomatoes to it. I was charged for both, but never received my tomatoes on it and it had very little onion on it. Wasn’t happy to be charged for something I never received. But that’s not the worst part. They never added the pizza sauce that’s suppose to come with it. I ate two slices, but it was very dry and bland without sauce. The only sauce I had was that tiny little cup they give you for breadsticks. Which by the way, isn’t enough sauce for five breadsticks. I’m not a happy customer. If I lived close by I would have sent it back and request for a new pizza or my money back. But I’m not driving 20 minutes away again for another pizza. So instead I decided to leave a review. Which is something I normally don’t do.

This is very bad Pizza Hut. We placed our order online to be delivered. Then we received a phone call from this business explaining that they don’t have a driver to make deliveries. So we walked to pick up our pizza. It’s was very dirty and unsanitary inside. We didn’t witness any sanitary practices being followed. No gloves were worn while touching food, no hairnets were worn. We don’t recommend this business to anyone.

I had a call in order, when I got there to pickup my pizza they gave me my order but I had to remind them I had a 2 liter Pepsi in my order. They were out of Pepsi so I had to settle for orange. After I left I found out the orange bottle had been dropped, it leaked in my car and was flat, no good The cheese sticks were burnt, and not good. I will not go back!!!
