My 6yo daughter loves their burgers. And yes, they are cooked to the right temperature!!! She prefers hers Medium and they never disappoint. The staff is helpful and engaging as needed. 5 stars from us

*Second try: They did not receive my wife’s order. Though the time, address, and order number were all accurate, they could not account for it. But since I paid, I wanted my food. The two employees really struggled at caring about my issue and they seemed confused about me trying to get the manager’s information. Eventually, they gave me my food. But it was a struggle.

I would expect that my medium rare wagyu burger wouldn’t have been well done and completely cold with cold soggy fries. First and only time trying this place. Not impressed. Won’t be going back and definitely hope this place closes. How does this company justify the price of the food? My wagyu tasted like frozen middle school mystery patties…

Order a burger and the person taking the other apparently was not listening to what I ordered. I got the meat I wanted but all condiments and cheese were missing. This was a to go order so I did not see what I was missing til I get home. Look at your order before leaving, I learned this the hard way.

Pricey but loads of burger options for a great healthy or unhealthy dining or take-out experience. I prefer the turkey burger with a fried egg, avocado, bacon, no cheese and asparagus as my side. Retro decor for a nice indoor and outdoor dining experience. However, it would be great to have TVs for big sporting events.

Today’s visit wasn’t great. They started by not having bacon. Half of thr burgers on the menu have bacon. They didn’t create a sign or notification. They were also out of eggs, tops to the ketchup containers, and some soda. They just joking told you when you asked for something.

Super disappointed they switched from the old dry aged beef to just angus beef. The burgers are still good, but the cost is no longer justified imo. The beef flavor is still strong but the dry aged product was the the main thing that justified the premium price tag back in the day. If it’s just angus beef, let’s be honest, we can get that from many different sources on our own. Not only this but a steakhouse burger is pretty much on par with it so it kind of loses its uniqueness when it costs and pretty much is the same as existing products from other restaurants.

Liked it a year ago, and now every experience has been underwhelming. The buns are cheap and boring… Sometimes soggy… The pattie is sometimes burnt… I can’t quite place it, but the place has lost that special something. It’s like why a the hell am I paying $12 for this very mediocre burger? Probably because these guys have no competition here, therefore no reason to keep up standards.
